Board of Governors

Made up of 12 members including the Club President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer, who exercise general supervision over and have full power to manage and regulate the affairs of the Club. Board members serve for a total of three years. Each year, the membership votes in two new members during the Annual Meeting.

Committees

Committee members are appointed annually from the membership by the Board. Committee Chairs are appointed by the Club President. The Chairs of the Standing Committees and the Board Liaisons, in conjunction with the Board Nominating Committee, will work together to identify members who possess the expertise and experience required to carry out the Standing Committees’ purpose. One of the primary roles of committees is to enforce the rules and regulations of the Club.

General Manager/COO

The General Manager of the Club serves as the Chief Operating Officer and is in administrative charge of all departments and personnel. All details concerning the Club’s operations and affairs are referred to the General Manager. The General Manager is employed by and serves at the pleasure of the Board.
