Social Media Initiatives

Our Communications team used our social media pages to provide our members and followers a sense of connection and community by utilizing real-time engagement with help from our amazing staff during the Stay at Home order.

Digital April Lifestyle Magazine

In order to provide our members with the most up-to-date information in an easy to digest format, we produced a special edition of our monthly membership bulletin that was distributed digitally.

Digital Activity Booklet

During the Stay at Home order, we wanted a way to keep our members, especially their children, entertained with our BCC Activity Booklet. It's packed full of puzzles, coloring pages, how-to's, and fun for all ages!

Food & Beverage Initiatives

Our Culinary and Food & Beverage Teams became the hub for BCC during the Stay at Home order by providing to go options for our members so they would save a night of cooking with our Curbside Family Meals and A La Carte Carry Out program, drink a well-crafted cocktail with our Tap Take Out or our Adult Juice Pouches, or have fun activity for the whole family to do with our Take Home Kit . We also had delivery service and our BCC Pantry program to provide our members with the groceries during the food and toiletries shortages in the beginning of the pandemic.

Virtual Events

As the popularity of Zoom soared in 2020 so did BCC’s utilization of the virtual medium. Our members were still able to participate in monthly events such as Wine Society and Trivia Night from the comfort of their own homes. Additionally, we introduced new events to our members to keep them engaged as such as: Virtual Bingo and Family Dance Party.
